临近既有线岩基抗拔桩非爆破成孔施工技术研究

             

摘要

This paper took the foundation pit uplift pile engineering of Humen railway station belonged Pearl River Delta Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hongkong inter-city rail transit as example,aimed at the construction difficulties of it could not drilling used blasting method in uplift pile,and also conventional method had difficult to meet the requirements of construction progress,studied the piles of blasting excavation, and offered some technical methods to solving the problem. Through site study results,proved their each excellences and flaws,then a technique scheme was finally given out to complete the uplift pile excavation construction safety,successful,efficiently,which could provide useful reference for similar projects in the future.%以珠三角穗莞深城际轨道交通虎门火车站基坑抗拔桩工程为例,针对车站基坑临近既有线路,而无法采用爆破法进行抗拔桩爆破成孔,且常规的非爆破法施工又较难满足施工进度要求的情况,对抗拔桩非爆破开挖进行研究,提出不同技术措施,并通过现场实施综合对比各自的优缺点,最终确定合理的开挖技术方案——机械抽芯结合液压劈裂法,安全、顺利、高效地完成了抗拔桩开挖施工任务,为类似工程提供借鉴参考。
