建筑工程施工中易多发的质量缺陷及防控措施

摘要

针对建筑工程施工过程中易发多发的质量缺陷及危害影响，简要分析了质量缺陷产生的主要原因，提出了先进适用的防控技术措施、项目管理创新措施及综合创新的管理思想，以期创建“适用、经济、绿色、美观”的百年建筑。%In allusion to the construction process for construction projects quality defect and harm of the prone,this paper briefly analyzed the main causes of quality defects,put forward the measures for the prevention and control of advanced applicable technology,project management innovation measures and integrated innovation of management thoughts,in order to create “applicable,economic,green,beautiful”construction in one hundred years.
