目前已有的检测装置自动化程度低、构造不合理、功能单一,导致对轻钢龙骨及其配件进行力学性能检测时,其检测结果准确性差,操作费时费力,且整套设备占地面积大。针对现有检测装置存在的不足,提出了一种建筑用轻钢龙骨及配件一体式检测装置,分析其可行性、操作方法及其优点。%The existing detection devices had low degree of automation,unreasonable structure,single function,which led to bad accuracy results when made detection of mechanical properties of the light steel keel and accessories,and the operation was time-consuming and inefficient,also the whole equipment covers an area of large. Aiming at the shortcomings of the existing detection device,one-piece detection device for light steel joist and accessories for building were proposed,structure principle,merits and feasibility of practical application of the device were analyzed.
