对援外工程项目管理工作的思考

摘要

做好对外援建项目的管理工作，需要充分了解受援方需求，尊重当地风俗习惯，协调配合搞好后勤保障，完善现场管理、监测手段。本文结合笔者援外工作经验谈一些做好援外项目管理工作的体会。%In order to do well in foreign aid project management,we need to fully understand the demand of the recipient,respect local customs,coordinate and cooperate logistical supporting,and perfect site management and monitoring means. This paper talked about some experience of the foreign aid project management work combined with the authors working experience in foreign aid.
