以重庆市忠县建设工程质量监督站为例，就质量监督机构发展过程中存在的难点进行分析，结合新形势下质量监管的要求，提出明确法律地位、提升执法能力、加强工程前期监管、引进优秀人才、拓展业务范围的解决思路，为分析监督的发展趋势提供参考。%This paper took Chongqing city of Zhongxian construction engineering quality supervision station as an example,analyzed the difficulty existed in the process of the development of quality supervision institutions,combined with the quality supervision requirements under the new situation,put forward a clear legal status,enhance the capacity of law enforcement,strengthen supervision of the project early,introduce excellent talents,expand business scope,to provide reference for the development trend of supervision.
