随着钢结构产业的发展,钢结构厂房在工业市场中运用越来越广。为确保施工质量、避免构件的现场拼装,很多工艺设备或器材直接在工厂完成拼装。同时,建设方也青睐厂房大门做大以达到外立面气派的效果。在这种情况下,厂房的大门也必须适应相应的发展,门也越做越大,尺寸也远远超过图集中常规大门的标准。本文基于某垂直提升门的工程实例,对其配套的门框结构进行受力分析,并作出小结。%Steel structure plant has been applied widely in the industrial market with the development of the steel structure industry. A lot of equipments or devices are assembled directly in the factory in order to ensure the construction quality and avoid the assembly of components. Meanwhile, construction companies prefer the larger door in order to get a magnificent effect. In this condition, the door of the plant must be made bigger and bigger in order to adapt to such development although the size is far more than the standard gate in the atlas. This paper mainly makes door frame structure analysis and provides a summary according to the vertical lifting door in an applied example.
