印度德里机场快线PPP项目的失败原因与启示

The'A+B' development and operation model of PPP project of urban rail transit is the most popular form of PPP in urban rail transit. Based on the introduction of PPP project of India Delhi airport express,from the aspects of risk in construction,operation and revenue,as well as the partnership between the public sector and private sector,the paper analyzes the failure reasons of Delhi airport express PPP project,which adopted'A+B'model of PPP.
