浅析水电工程EPC项目风险管理

摘要

The EPC project of hydropower project involves many participating units, and has the characteristics of wide work scope and content, long construction period, complex natural environment, many uncertain factors and risks in the process of implementation, which is bound to affect the progress and quality of the project, which requires managers to use scientific means to identify risk factors effectively, and to take effective measures to prevent and avoid risks. From the point of view of the general contractor, the paper discusses the risks, countermeasures and measures taken by the general contractor under the general contracting mode of EPC.%水电工程EPC项目涉及的参建单位众多、工作范围和内容广、建设周期长、自然环境复杂, 实施过程中存在较多的不确定因素和风险, 势必对工程建设进度、质量、安全和投资等目标的实现造成影响, 要求管理者必须运用科学手段对风险因素进行有效识别, 并采取有效措施防范和规避风险.论文以总承包商的角度, 在EPC总承包模式下对总承包商所承担的风险、应对策略及措施等方面进行探讨.
