使用Solidworks建立了涂装线喷漆室,并时喷漆室流场进行了仿真计算.仿真结果显示,侧面供风的喷漆室内的流场分布呈不对称状态.为改善喷漆室内流场分布的非对称性,将供风口置于喷漆室顶部,并合理地设计供风口的尺寸,可以改善喷漆室内流场的非对称分布状态.%In the article, the spray booth of the painting line is modeled with Solidworks and the flow field is simulated as well. The simulation result shows that the flow filed in the spray booth with side wind supply hole is asymmetrical. In order to improve the flow field distrubition, design the wind supply hole on the top of the spray booth and make the dimension reasonable so that the flow field distribution is improved.
