胶磷矿浮选三相泡沫稳定性研究

         

摘要

In this article, the influence of The three phase collophanite foam stability in flotation was studied. The results showed that the three - phase foam produced by sodium oleate was the stablest compared to the foam produced by the oxidized paraffin soap and tall oil. The collophanite solid particles with the size fraction of -0.01mm improved the stability of three - phase foam signally. The size fraction of 0.01 ~0.038mm had no influences on the stability of three -phase foam, and the size fraction of 0.038 ~ 0.076mm lowered it.%针对胶磷矿浮选精矿三相泡沫体系,研究了胶磷矿精矿三相泡沫稳定性的影响规律.研究表明:与氧化石蜡皂和塔尔油相比,油酸钠作为捕收剂时产生的三相泡沫最为稳定;-0.01 mm粒级胶磷矿固体颗粒显著提高了三相泡沫稳定性,而0.01~0.038 mm粒级对三相泡沫稳定性影响不大,0.038 ~0.076 mm粒级则降低三相泡沫的稳定性.
