研究管道中影响焊接的剩磁的产生机理,选用直流线圈消磁方法,通过多级调节反向消磁电流实现剩磁的消除。已有消磁仪有诸多使用上的不方便,新型退磁仪采用闭环控制系统来控制仪器,通过传感器采集检测数据反馈给智能控制单元实现闭环控制,不同阶段采用不同的仿人智能算法实现模糊控制。通过程序控制电流,使得消磁线圈磁场强度变化,达到智能消磁的目的。%Research the formation mechanisms of residual magnetism in the pipe welding, choose DC coil degaussing method, through multistage adjust reverse degaussing current realize residual magnetism elimination. Through the program control the degaussing current to change the magnetic field intensity of degaussing coil changes to achieve the purpose of intelligent demagnetization.
