基于Fameview 的冰机远程监控系统的设计与实现

摘要

This topic is designed for coating workshop of ice machines of Dong feng yu long company,which is mainly a-bout the implementation of remote monitoring system.Ice machine remote monitoring system is based on the relay control system by adding remote monitoring system,to realize the ice machine remote monitoring and management.It adopts unified management and unity remote monitoring by the staff to improve the working efficiency,reduces the working failure rate. Paper described the ice machine monitoring system network architecture and designed the drawings of the lower computer and program,completed a PC Fameview monitoring systems and network communications.%本论文是对东风裕隆公司涂装车间冰机远程监控系统的设计与实现。冰机远程监控系统是在冰机室继电器控制系统的基础上增设的远程监控系统，实现对冰机室远程监控和管理，并且实现由工作人员远程统一监控，统一管理，提高了工作效率，降低了工作故障率。论文描述了冰机监控系统的网络结构和硬件组成，设计并完成了PLC控制图纸及PLC控制程序，完成了上位机 Fameview监控界面的设计，实现了以太网和现场总线的双层网络通信。
