In this paper,ICP DAS I-7018 temperature acquisition module and SiKA TP 17650M of calibration instrument were used to design the dynamic experimental system for the type E thermocouple.The experimental data were automatically acquired by Visual Basic and DCON Utility software and visualised using MATLAB.The mathematical model of this type of thermocouple at different wire diameter,insertion depth and different temperature is obtained,which provides a necessary theoretical foundation and practical guidance for the installation and maintenance of this type of thermocouple in thermal power plant.%以E型热电偶为研究对象,采用泓格I-7018温度采集模块、德国SiKA TP17650M检验仪设计了动态实验系统,通过Visial Basic和DCON Utility软件实现了实验数据的自动采集,完成了E型热电偶的动态特性实验,并使用MATLAB对实验数据进行了可视化研究,得出了该类型热电偶在不同偶丝直径、不同插入深度以及不同被测温度下的数学模型,为该类型热电偶在火电厂安装、检修时提供必要的理论基础与实践指导.
