通过对比中外双语教学的差异，并进一步分析了中国高校开展双语教学的困难和瓶颈，最后结合作者在高等职业院校开展双语教学的实践活动，提出了具有参考价值的双语教学方案。在该方案的设计制定中充分体现了‘以学生为本’和‘差异化’的教学思路，确保学生的英语应用能力能够有一个整体水平的提高，进而符合计算机网络行业的人才需求。%This paper compares the difference of Chinese and foreign bilingual teaching, and analyzes the difficulty and the bot- tleneck of developing bilingual teaching in higher vocational colleges. Based on a series of bilingual teaching practices in a higher vocational college, the author proposes bilingual teaching scheme with reference value. This scheme reflects ＇student oriented＇ and ＇differentiation＇ design characteristics, it ensures to enhance English capability of students to meet the needs of talents in computer networking industry.
