新政策下民营资本进入宽带接入市场模式研究

本文根据工业和信息化部提出的《关于向民间资本开放宽带接入市场的通告》精神，对当前中国民营企业在宽带市场的现状进行梳理，对比民营宽带与基础运营商中的标杆企业，论证民营资本在宽带接入市场中的优劣势，分析民资入市的可选模式，对民营资本进入宽带运营市场的模式进行研究，提出民资入市的模式判断图。%According to the spirit of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology"Notice about open broadband access markets to private capital", this article researches on the current status of China's private enterprises in the broadband market, com-pares the private broadband infrastructure operators in business models, demonstrates the strengths and weaknesses of private capital in the broadband access market, analyzes alternative models of private capital into the market. It studies about the private capital into the broadband operator market model and proposes the pattern determination map of private capital to enter the market.
