Based on the people’s need of intelligent window, this article expatiates on the working principle and the circuit struc-ture of intelligent window controller in detail, which is the union of the technology of digital logical circuit and motor speed regula-tion. This circuit is simply, reliable and low in cost, which solves the problems of complex function, low practicability and high cost in the exiting technology, in order to meeting with the need of common people.%基于人们对智能窗的需求，结合数字逻辑电路控制技术和电机调速技术，对所设计的智能窗控制器的工作原理、电路结构等作了详细的阐述。此设计电路简单，性能可靠，成本低廉，解决了现有技术中智能窗功能复杂、实用性低且成本高的问题，能满足普通百姓对智能窗功能的需求。
