SPIHT与SPECK压缩算法的研究

     

摘要

在图像压缩的众多算法中,SPIHT与SPECK具有较好的性能.文中对这两种算法进行了深入研究,从算法思想、分裂过程、排序过程,以及量化等方面介绍了SPIHT和SPECK两种算法以及对应的改进算法,分别总结了这两种改进算法同原算法比较后的优点.实验结果表明:在相同的输出码率情况下,改进算法的图像有更高的峰值信噪比,即相对于原始算法的图像有更好的恢复效果.同时,改进的算法在压缩速度上也明显优于原始算法.%In most of the image compression algorithms,SPIHT and SPECK have better functions. In the paper,the two algorithms were studied deeply. SPIHT and SPECK and corresponding improved algorithms form algorithm concept,disruption procedure,sequencer procedure and quantification were introduced. The benefits between the improved algorithms and the original algorithms were summarized finally. The results of experiment show that the images of improved algorithms have higher PSNR, better recovery effect and faster compression speed than the original algorithms.
