In the present mould enterprise knowledge base management the availability factor is low and knowledge reuse is oversighted. In order to solve the faults,the method of the injection molding knowledge base management system was put forward. According to the structure characteristics of the mould, use the framework and object-oriented knowledge expression, and classification management to solve the problem of mold knowledge. The result shows that the mold standard knowledge, the mold practical examples knowledge of enterprise and the experience knowledge of designers obtain a effective storage, intelligent search, summarized and promoted. At last the die design and manufacture of knowledge are inherited and developed,at the same time production efficiency and level of the mould enterprise is improved.%为了解决目前模具企业知识库管理使用效率较低且只重视知识管理而忽略知识重用性的缺点,提出了建立注塑模具知识库管理系统的方法.根据模具的结构特点,采用框架和面向对象的知识表达方式,并进行分类管理,解决使用模具知识的相关问题.使企业的模具标准知识、实例知识和技术人员的经验知识等,不仅得到了有效的存储和智能的搜索,而且得到了总结和提升.最终使模具设计和制造的知识得以继承和发展,提高了模具企业的生产效率和水平.
