光学向量矩阵乘法研究

             

摘要

向量矩阵乘法运算是数值计算中基本的运算,广泛应用于线性方程组求解、图像处理、数字信号处理、人工智能等多个领域.目前向量矩阵乘法的实现方法有很多种,其中用光学方式实现向量矩阵乘法的方法因其所特有的并行性和乘法性质,在解决这类二维信息处理问题时独具优势而受到研究者们的青睐.对光学向量矩阵乘法的研究进行了深入的分析和总结,综述国内外各种光学矩阵乘法实现的理论和方法,并阐述作者研究的基于三值光学逻辑处理器的实现方法,该方法具有结构简单、易于微型化、计算精度高等优点.%Vector-matrix multiplication is the fundamental computation in all the digital computations,which is extensively applied to linear equations solving, image processing, digital signal processing, AI and so on. At present, there are many methods to realize vector-matrix multiplication computation, in which the optical solution has the attention of researchers because of its characteristic of parallelism and multiplication. The research of optical vector-matrix multiplication is organized and summarized well,all kinds of methods domestic and overseas are surveyed,and the author' s method based on ternary logic optical processor is described. The method has the advantages of simple structure,easy microminiaturization and high accuracy.
