贵州省人工影响天气炮站作业信息系统设计

     

摘要

Introduce the relevant technology of influencing the weather, analyze and study the achievement and existing deficiency for weather modification operational command. According to the actual conditions of Guizhou Province, the limitation that the traditional communication way can’t meet the needs increased day by day of extensive operation,on the basis of the network and modern mobile communication technology,suit measures to local conditions,mainly faced the demand that the command job at the basic level and the job is implemented,study and develop the operational information system of weather modification cannon station in Guizhou Province. The system includes the operational command software and operational front device hardware of cannon station, have stronger operational guidance and deployment real-time performance,which can control the state of every operating station and combine relevant information of summary in an all-round way,saving the time in the course of contacting between the command centers at all levels,relatively impro-ving the artificial efficiency and engineering level of influencing the weather of the whole province.%文中介绍了人工影响天气作业的相关技术,分析和研究了国内应用于人工影响天气作业指挥的业务成果及其存在的不足。根据贵州省的实际情况,针对传统通讯方式不能适应日益增长的大规模作业要求的局限,基于计算机网络和现代移动通讯技术,因地制宜,主要面向基层作业指挥和作业实施的需求,研制与开发了贵州省人工影响天气炮站作业信息系统。系统包括作业指挥端软件和炮站作业前端硬件两个部分,具有较强的作业指导性和调度实时性,能全面地监控各作业站点的状态并汇总相关信息,节省以往在各级指挥中心之间联系过程中的时间消耗,较大地提高全省人工影响天气的作业效率和技术水平。
