Improve the efficiency of soft-ware development and reduce the costs of software development by reasonable personal responsibilities arrangement,software reusing de-sign and varieties of approaches. Through precise measurement and analysis process,comprehensive grasping of project context,accom-plish this project successfully. Taking the avionics 1394 protocol software as an example,describe the whole process of the project man-agement,software development,quality assurance,configuration management,measurement and analysis. It shows that the implementation of GJB5000A management standard grade three project can quickly enhance the enterprise organization’ s strength of software develop-ment,making the software development process toward standardization,standardization,internationalization.
