数字图像处理技术在大米外观品质分析中的应用

目前,对大米外观品质的检测,多采用人工方法进行,检测结果的主观性较强.为此,提出了基于数字图像处理技术的大米外观品质分析方法,并进行了比较详细的介绍.%This paper discusses the current detection measures of rice exterior quality, and points out its shortcut, and puts forward a new detection measure of rice exterior quality based on digital image processing. At last, it briefs the the technical details.
