Software video conference system is quickly developed and widely applied because of its flexibility and economy with PC CPU rapidly increasing and net width expanding. Anhui meteorological bureau adopted V2 software video conference system based-on current situation, local requirement and existing video conference system. The paper introduced the construction program and operation mode of V2 software video conference system.
