一种面向SAP BPS的集团企业预算审批工作流系统

摘要

After the implementation of SAP BPS in the enterprise,it brings trouble for budget approval due to the C/Srnstructure. It is difficult to make managers at all levels to participate the whole budget approval. Therefore,this articlernstudied data interface and interaction techniques between SAP BPS and workflow system,and designed the solutions ofrntwo level process for budget approval based on enterprise group. The practice on the system of comprehensive budgetrnapproval for CNR shows that the techniques and process solutions have good interactivity with SAP BPS and highrnefficiency.%企业实施全面预算系统(SAP BPS)以后,由于该系统是一个C/S结构的系统,这就给预算编制后的审批工作带来麻烦,很难使各级管理者都参与到整体的预算审批工作中.因此研究了SAP BPS系统与工作流系统的数据接口及交互技术,并设计了基于集团企业的预算审批二级流程方案.以中国北车全面预算审批系统的实践表明该技术及流程方案具有与SAP BPS系统良好的交互性及高效性.
