决策向导对选择情景呈现方式决策绩效的影响

摘要

应急管理信息系统在突发事件发生时，可提供可视化的情景呈现方式并辅助决策者做出合理决策。由于突发事件极端条件的限制，需要决策者最大限度地做出高效的决策。然而，决策者高效决策的前提是他们能够选择与任务需求相匹配的情景呈现方式。本研究进行了两个实验并发现，决策者自主选择与任务需求相匹配的情景呈现方式的决策绩效较低，而当有决策向导支持时，决策者选择与任务需求相匹配的情景呈现方式的决策绩效显著提高。本研究将对实验结果及其中的影响要素进行探讨，为应急管理信息系统的设计以及情景呈现方式与决策绩效的后续研究提供支撑。%The emergency management information system can provide visual scene rendering when emergencies happen and assist the decision-makers to make reasonable decisions. Because of the limitation of emergencies’ extreme conditions, the decision-makers should make effective decisions to the utmost. However, the premise of the highly effective decisions of the decision-makers is that they can choose the scene rendering which matches with the mission requirements. This study conducted two researches and found that the decision-making performance of scene rendering in which the decision-maker’s independent choice matches the mission requirements is relatively low, while when there is support from the Decision guidance, the decision-making performance is relatively high. This study will discuss the research result as well as the influential factors, and then provide support for the design, scene rendering as well as the follow-up studies of decision-making performance of the emergency management information system.
