电子江图河流边界随水位变化自动生成技术

摘要

First,this article analyzes the navigation risk brought by the difference between the river boundary displayed on the electronic river chart and the real andpractical river boundary.Then,the method of the automatic generation technology of the river boundary with the water level is studied.Two methods of obtaining the river boundary vectors corresponding to different water levels and two kinds of water level release methods are proposed,and the proposed methods are verified,which is of practical value.%文章首先分析了内河电子江图所显示的河流边界与动态变化的真实河流边界的不一致性给船舶安全航行带来的风险,然后对电子江图河流边界随水位的涨落而自动改变的方法进行了研究,提出了两种获取不同水位对应的河流边界矢量的方法和两种水位发布的方式,并且对提出的方法进行了验证.具有一定的实用价值.
