核电站模拟机数控系统的虚拟实物仿真

     

摘要

虚拟实物模拟是指采用软件来模拟实物系统,使在实物系统运行的软件能够移植到虚拟软件环境下工作.对某核电站(NPP)数字控制计算机(DCC)系统进行了分析,设计了基于虚拟实物仿真技术的DCC控制系统软件,并开发了配套的维护工具.核电站DCC的控制程序能够在虚拟系统上稳定运行,完成相同的控制功能.系统已在全范围模拟机(FSS)教学中投入使用,替代原有的实物系统,能够更好地满足培训要求,提高了全范围模拟机的仿真精度,同时使模拟机维护更加容易、经济.%This article puts forward the basic concept of computer fictitious training and manufacturing method of fictitious training safeguard equipment, develops three - dimensional voxel - based model engine of NGRAIN software , and combines C# and Director lingo together to develop embeded fictitions equipment with deeply three - dimensional - mutual super lightweight. All previous actions are totally based on the theory of VR graphics. At the mean time, this study can also expand the multi -person long-distance cooperated training, offering digital supporting for operating training of computer fictitious - equipment and safeguarded manual of equipmental electricity, as well as digital drilling equipment for fictitious battle.
