大型火电机组全仿真机模型建立方法研究

     

摘要

数学模型是研究大型火电机组运行特性的有效手段,利用机理法对大型火电机组中的旋转设备、换热器、水位进行了具体建模,并通过这些实例总结机理法建模的使用方法及适用范围,为大型火电机组全仿真机建模提供了有效的手段.%There is a large amount of dispatch data used in the field of semiconductor wafer fabrication, which has different data sources and structures. How to deal with the data efficiently is one of the critical technologies to implement the computer control of the semiconductor wafer fabrication process and improve the efficiency of the simulation. This paper introduces the related knowledge and process of ETL to deal with the data, which is the critical technology in data warehouse. The paper also provides the application of ETL to deal with the dispatch data of semiconductor wafer fabrication simulation.
