基于虚拟样机的导弹伺服机构非线性特性研究

     

摘要

Missile electro -hydraulic servo is a complex nonlinear system. As the demanding for quality of the missile control system is increasing, nonlinear characteristics of electro - hydraulic servo system are directly related to the missile control system performance. In this paper, we particularized the causes of nonlinearity in the servo system , and used the virtual prototyping software MSC. EASYS to create a nonlinear dynamic model of the servo system. We verified the correctness of the model, and studied the method to reduce the system position error by simulating the model. The simulation results show that, virtual prototyping technology is an effective tool for design and simulation of missile electro - hydraulic servo system. The results also show that, variable gain control method can restrain the effects of nonlinearity and improve the positioning accuracy.%导弹电液伺服机构足复杂的非线性系统,随着对导弹控制系统的控制品质要求越来越高,非线性特性对电液伺服系统性能的影响直接关系到导弹控制系统的性能.在分析电液伺服机构中非线性特性影响因素的基础上,应用虚拟样机建模工具MSC.EASY5对其相关特性进行机理建模与虚拟样机建模,验证了模型的正确性,研究了减小系统定位误差的途径,仿真结果表明,虚拟样机技术是导弹电液伺服系统的设计与仿真分析的有效工具,同时,变增益控制是抑制非线性影响,提高系统定位精度的有效手段.
