混凝土泵车臂架振动特性流固耦合仿真研究

     

摘要

研究泵车泵送系统控制问题,由于臂架系统参数设计不合理,混凝土泵车作业过程中的臂架系统振动.采用有限元法建立某型号泵车臂架系统的流固耦合模型,对臂架系统的振动特性进行仿真分析,并计算共振状态下泵车臂架所受动应力的分布情况.对泵车整车进行振动测试验证模型的有效性.根据流固耦合的泵车臂架系统有限元仿真模型,选择准确的参数,反映在载荷作用下的振动特性和臂架所受动应力的分布情况.仿真结果为泵车臂架系统的动力学研究提供了一种较精确的力学模型,为臂架减振系统的设计提供了有效的参数依据.%The fluid-structure interaction model of pump truck boom system was created using finite element method to simulate the concrete pump truck boom vibration behaviors during operation and to calculate the dynamic stress distribution of pump truck booms on resonance state. Vibration tests were made on concrete pump truck product to verify the fluid-structure interaction model and the validity of simulation results. The simulation results and vibration test results indicate: the finite element model of the boom system based on fluid-structure interaction theory simulates the actual performances of vibration accurately under loads on horizontal working condition, and also calculates the dynamic stress distribution of pump truck booms accurately. The simulations provide an accurate mechanical model for boom vibration dynamic study and valid data for designing vibration reduction system of pump truck boom system.
