基于物联网技术的交通安全预警机制研究

     

摘要

研究交通安全预警准确度优化问题.交通安全问题要求实时监控车流状态,及时反馈交通信息.针对目前的交通安全预测技术和应急管理机制难以解决交通拥塞和道路交通不平衡状况,特别是传统的预警算法不能达到实时性要求.为了解决上述问题,提出了一种物联网技术的交通状态监测安全预警和应急管理方案.方案采用物联网技术,实时监测交通状况,为交管部门提供可靠数据,依据搜集的交通信息设计针对性的安全预警指标,建立基于二维马尔科夫链时空模型的应急管理机制.仿真结果表明,采用改进的预警方法,交通管理部门可及时预测交通安全风险及隐患,并及时采取有效应对方案,以便保障交通系统整体处于良性且稳定的状态.%The current traffic safety prediction technology and emergency management mechanism are difficult to solve the traffic congestion and road traffic imbalance. This paper introduced a design for traffic condition monitoring based on Internet of things technique, Security warning and emergency management mechanism for the road traffic safety had become one of the hazard problems. Based on the Internet of things technique, the scheme monitored the traffic in real-time and provided reliable data for the traffic control department. According to the collected traffic information, the pertinent safety pre-warning index was designed based on the space-time model of two-dimensional Markov chain emergency management mechanism. The simulation experiment and mathematical analysis show that, by using this mechanism, transportation management department can forecast traffic safety risk and potential problems in time and take effective solutions, to safeguard the traffic system in benign and stable state.
