电动助力转向系统结构参数优化

     

摘要

研究优化汽车转向系统结构控制问题,为实现电动助力转向系统结构参数的优化,建立了电动助力转向系统和二自由度整车的数学模型,推导了转向灵敏度和路感的传递函数,提出了路感的优化模型.在MATLAB/SIMULINK上建立前轮转向仿真模型进行仿真,结果表明,优化后的方向盘转矩明显较优化前增大,转向盘转矩达到了7.52 Nm,接近最舒适的转向盘转矩7 Nm,即优化后高速路感增强,为设计提供了科学依据.%To optimize the parameters of Electric Power-Assisted Steering (EPAS) according to their influence on the driver feel, a single-track car model is formulated and an EPS model is established. This paper focuses on the deduction of the transfer functions for steering sensitivity and road feel. An optimizing model is put forwarded to improve road feel and the result is obtained. Finally, a steering model is established with MATLAB/SIMUL1NK to verify the optimized EPAS in this paper. The simulation test indicates that the optimized steering-wheel torque has been greatly improved, which reaches 7. 52 Nm and closes to the most comfortable steering-wheel torque 7 Nm. The optimized high-speed road feel can meets the requirements of project design.
