爆炸成抛物面型弹丸战斗部的仿真研究

     

摘要

研究毫米波制导末敏弹丸战斗部的爆炸成型问题.由于天线与药罩外形不匹配,造成弹丸威力下降.为了消除毫米波雷达天线对战斗部药型罩成型过程中的不良影响,提出了在战斗部中采用抛物面药型罩与雷达天线的主反射面共形设计的解决方案.使用正交方法并结合仿真软件对方案进行了优化设计与仿真.仿真结果表明,战斗部指标能够达到威力要求,证明末敏弹战斗部采用抛物面药型罩与毫米波雷达天线共形设计的方案是可行的,能够减小敏感器件对战斗部的影响,为设计提供了依据.%Forming issues of Millimeter-guided Terminal Explosively Formed Penetrator (EFP) warhead were studied in this paper. To eliminate the adverse effects of millimeter-wave radar antenna on the EFP forming process, the paper proposed the solution that radar antenna' s main reflector was designed according to the parabolic liner' s shape. Combined with orthogonal design method, the optimized model was established. The simulation result of this research indicated that EFP characteristic index of this type of warhead can meet the requirement perfectly. Meanwhile , it also proves that the scheme of millimeter-wave radar' s intermediate feed mode, along with parabolic liner design can eliminate the adverse influence of the sensing device on the warhead, thus satisfy the warhead' s power demand.
