电厂输水管道水击波传播过程仿真

     

摘要

研究输水管道的水击,保护输水安全问题,针对电厂冷却循环水输水系统中引水管道与过渡前池相接的工程布置特点,为了能够给电厂突然停电时,输水系统中管道水击压强和调压室的水位振荡,要求准确地预报,提出了特征线法结合调压室水力计算模型联合仿真,并以广东惠州液化天然气电厂输水管道为例,进行了数值仿真,结果表明,水击压力及过渡前池水面振荡,与建立的物理模型试验结果进行比较,基本一致.实验证明,仿真方法精度较高,仿真结果可以作为管道在突发事故时的危害预报,对保护系统的安全具有重大意义.%Research the water hammer problem of water pipeline. Aiming at the joining relationship between the pipeline and the transitional pool of the cooling circulating water distribution system of the Power Plant, in order to provide accurate forecasts about the water hammer pressure of the pipeline and water surface oscillations when the system suddenly does not work, a simulation method based on the characteristic method and the hydraulic computation theory of surge tanks is proposed. In this paper, the numerical simulation of the transient flow of the transitional pool was conducted in Guangdong Huizhou Power Plant, and the water hammer pressure of the pipeline and water surface oscillations were descripted. The results of numerical count are generally consistent with the data from the physical model test. The results show that the simulation method has higher accuracy and the simulation results can be used as hazard forecast.
