基于服务半径的盐业物流配送网络优化研究

摘要

研究物流配送网络优化问题,由于配送网络分布不均,有的过于密集,导致资源浪费.传统的盐业物流配送是根据最小运输费用选取配送中转中心,不能解决配送中心修建过于密集的缺陷,导致资源的浪费和服务效率不高的问题.为了满足较低物流成本和较高服务质量的双赢,提出一种服务半径的物流配送网络优化方法,根据服务半径的概念,利用蚁群聚类算法建立物流网络的服务半径模型,然后根据模型选取最优配送中心,完成对配送网络的优化.实验证明,基于服务半径的网络优化方法能够选择合理的配送中心,降低物流成本,提高物流服务质量.%Traditional logistics distribution method of salt industry selects distribution centers based on minimum transport costs, which results in dense distribution centers, wasted resources and lower services efficiency. In order to meet the need for lower logistics cost and higher quality of service, this paper presented a win-win logistics distribution network optimization method based on service radius. The algorithm firstly based on the concept of service ra-dius , using ant radius of clustering algorithm to establish flocking logistics network service, and then completed the optimization of the distribution network based on the model of radius of selecting optimal distribution center model of distribution network,. Experiments show that the optimization method can choose reasonable distribution centers, improve logistics service quality, and reduce the logistics cost.
