斗轮堆取料机主动台车架结构优化设计研究

     

摘要

In order to improve safety and reliability of the running gear of bucket wheel stacker, we used the AP-DL language of the finite element analysis software ANSYS to establish the finite element model of the driving boom. The static analysis showed that around semi - circular hinge, the stress values are relatively large at the web and small at the rest places. The situation results show that the optimized stress distribution is more reasonable, and the maximum stress, the strain values and the weight are reduced to meet the design requirements. The results show that the resonance of the driving boom does not occur, and the safety and reliability of the frame units has been ensured and enhanced.%为了提高斗轮堆取料机行走机构的安全可靠性,根据静力学分析发现半圆铰附近的腹板处应力值偏大,其余地方应力值很小,对主动台车架进行结构优化和建模,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS的APDL语言建立了有限元仿真模型进行仿真,结果表明优化后应力分布合理,最大应力、应变值都减小,达到了设计要求,且重量减轻.证明主动台车架消除了共振现象,提高了结构的安全可靠性.
