基于参数灵敏度分析的航天器毁伤效能研究

     

摘要

SPH (Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics) algorithm coupled with non-linear explicit dynamics numerical solver IS-DYNA was applied to create and predict the numerical model of Al spherical projectile impacting the Al semi-infinite target. A set of simulation experiments were designed by using orthogonal experimental design method, then the sensitivity of damage effect of space debris impacting the spacecraft was obtained. Finally, the precision of numerical analysis model was proved by simulation data processing using the statistical analysis method, and the analysis method of damage effect of space debris impacting the spacecraft was verified.%研究空间碎片对航天器毁伤效能评估,针对高速碎片撞击动力学分析,从参数灵敏度分析的角度对空间碎片毁伤航天器的效能进行了研究.采用光滑粒子流体动力学方法建立铝质球形弹丸正向撞击铝质半无限靶的数值模型,并运用正交实验设计方法设计了一组仿真,获得了碎片的材料本构模型参数对航天器毁伤效能的灵敏度.最后对仿真数据进行了统计学分析,验证了模型的精度,证明航天器毁伤效能研究方法的正确性.
