自行火炮药筒自动装填路径优化研究

         

摘要

The loading track optimization problem, produced by the auto - loading process of cartridges in self -propelled artillery, is researched in the paper. The research focuses on how to design an algorithm used in the loading device real - time control, so that the algorithm need little time to get the solutions good enough to the optimization problem. In this paper, the problem is modelled, and ant colony system, with a nearest neighbor pheromone initial-ization strategy proposed by author, is adopted to solve the model. Experiment results demonstrate that, the strategy can improve all the performance of the algorithm, reduce its running time, and improves its solutions. Analysis of the results shows that, ant colony system with the nearest neighbor pheromone initialization strategy is effective for solving the optimization problem, and is feasible to be used in the real - time control of the auto - loading process.%在自行火炮多枚药筒自动装填的路径优化问题的研究中,利用自动化装置实现药筒自动装填.针对药舱的位置不同,各药筒动作顺序会影响总任务时间.为寻求一种自动化装填中路径最优,效果稳定良好的算法.求解可用于装填装置的实时控制.提出对路径优化问题进行建模,并用蚁群系统与最近邻信息索初始化策略相结合进行仿真求解.结果表明,能全面提升系统的性能,使算法的时间减少,结果稳定良好.通过对求解时间和结果分析,具有最近邻信息素初始化策略的蚁群系统,能有效解决装填路径优化问题,减少药简装填时间,对装填装置的实时控制有效.
