硅锰炉电极调节伪微分自适应控制系统

         

摘要

When the silico - manganese furnace electrode current changes, the other two - phase electrode will make adjustment, causing adjustment oscillator and affecting steelmaking quality. In view of the current production control condition, the PDF (pseudo - differential control) control method is applied to electric arc furnace electrode control system. The control method has strong robustness, small over - correction, fast response, and easy implemen-tation. The PID control, Fuzzy control and PDF adaptive control are simulated. Simulation results show that the PDF adaptive control is better than PID control and fuzzy control, and PDF control method is more adaptable to the electrode control than the traditional method.%针对目前硅锰炉电极电流发生变化时引起另外两相电极工作不正常,造成调节振荡,影响炼钢质量的生产控制状况,为了提高系统的稳定性,对电流进行改进调节控制,提出将伪微分(PDF)控制方法运用到电炉电极系统的控制上,并对PID控制、模糊控制和PDF自适应控制进行了仿真.仿真结果表明PDF自适应控制优于PID控制及模糊控制,可增强鲁棒性、超调小、响应速度快等.PDF控制方法更能适应电极系统的稳定性控制.
