基于大涡仿真的V锥流量计三维流场分析

     

摘要

研究V锥流量计测试精度优化问题.针对垃圾焚烧发电过程中管路结构对测量精度的影响,对流量计最佳测量位置进行研究.使用大涡方法(LES)对不同雷诺数(Re)下的V锥流量计测试流场进行了三维数值仿真,以明确测量过程中对管道结构的要求.通过使用大涡仿真方法能够获得更接近实验值测试的流量系数.在雷诺数(Re)不同时,由于流场中湍流影响不同,速度分布会不同.在V锥流量计测量过程中,明确了雷诺数(Re)越大时,不受干扰的距离越长.仿真结果证明V锥流量计的测量精度得到了保证,提高了测试点选择的有效性和可信性.%The optimization method of measurement precision of V - cone flowmeter is described in this paper. Focus on the effect of the pipe structure on the measurement precision, the best measurement position has been studiod in the power generation with municipal solid wastes area. Large eddy simulation (LES) has been used to study the V - cone fiowmeter's 3 - D flow field structure with different Reynolds number. The better fluid area information can gain by this way. The results show that the LES can obtain the discharge number which is closer to the experiment data than the number from k - εmodel. Different turbulence intensity with different Reynolds number effects the Velocity distribution in V - cone flowmeter's flow field. While the flowmeter is working, the non - interfering distance fiom V - cone tail flow field increases with the Reynolds number rises. These results can guarantee the measurement precision and upgrade the validity and creditability of the best measurement position.
