基于永磁同步电机的电动轮仿真方法研究

     

摘要

轮式特种和中重型车辆的电动轮具有集机、电、液等多个子系统为一体的特点,由于电动轮结构复杂,各子系统的性能匹配和动态响应直接决定了电动轮设计指标的实现.由于系统集成度高,为了提高传动效率和牵引性能,提出基于永磁同步电机的电动轮性能匹配的仿真计算方法,通过在Simulink上建立整车和电动轮模型进行车辆性能和车轮驱动响应前后两个方向的仿真,优选电动轮各子系统的性能参数,解决了电动轮设计中整车性能匹配和动态响应的适应性,达到了提高车辆驱动系统动力性能和动态响应特性的目的.%Used by special wheeled vehicle and mid-heavy vehicle, the motorized wheel includes mechanical parts, power electronic system, and hydraulic system and so on. It is the key to design the wheel matching these system factors. In this paper, the authors have advanced the simulation analysis method of the motorized wheel based on PSPM (permanent-magnet synchronism motor). In the way, the main dynamics system parameters of the Motorized Wheels are analyzed and simulated forward and backward with the Matlab/Simulink models of the Motorized Wheel and the vehicle, in order to adapt the vehicle and to test its dynamics respond. At last, the performances of vehicle have been improved.
