特种电抗器磁场分布与电感的有限元分析计算

     

摘要

研究输电线路中电抗器优化问题是提高输电效率的保证.为了克服传统数学物理方法计算电抗器电感量的繁琐和精度不高的缺点,同时直观地描述电抗器周围磁场的分布,针对特种水冷磁屏蔽电抗器,为保证输电系统的可靠性和电抗器的精确性.采用ANSYS软件仿真电抗器产生的磁场分布,并采用能量法计算出电抗器线圈的电感值.实验结果表明,ANSYS软件仿真电抗器磁场分布非常形象准确;计算电感值相当精确;能提高设计效率,有效降低研发成本,具有良好的工程应用价值,给出三维电磁场分析中建立双层空气模型的新方法,为设计提供了科学依据.%The writer in this paper simulates magnetic field distribution of specific water-cool reactor and calculates its inductance with energy method by utilizing ANSYS software in order to overcome the defects of calculating reactor inductance with traditional mathematic-physical method as well as describing reactor magnetic field distribution clearly. The outcome shows the clearness in simulating magnetic field distribution and accuracy in calculating inductance with the help of utilizing ANSYS software. Meanwhile, this software enhances efficiency and reduces the cost of developing electromagnetic facilities which promises to have a good application value. In addition, the establishment of the double air model and meshing method in this paper sets a good example for ANSYS Three-dimensional electromagnetic field finite element analysis.
