Aiming at the poor usability of the distributed cooperative software. It is difficult to define the state boundary of usability evaluation, because a scaling criterion does not exist between usefulness and futility, and there are a good deal of fuzzy phenomena. A method of fuzzy synthesis evaluation has some bug which has brought incorrectness of usability evaluation, and moreover, the poor usability of the distributed cooperative software comes forth.An arithmetic of usability evaluation towards cooperative software based on matter element analysis is advanced. Usability evaluation indexes are analyzed for cooperative software, these indexes are matter elements that are evaluated.A method of characteristic analysis is applied to the computation of index weight in order to decreasing artificial disturbed factor. The usability quantitative evaluation towards cooperative software is processed by a method based on matter element analysis. The validity of the method has been proved by contrastive experiment.%研究协同软件的可用性,针对协同软件可用性评价中,可用性评价的"状态分界"难以明确地界定,有用与无用没有绝对的衡量标准,存在着很多模糊现象,而模糊评判方法因其存在的缺陷,影响了可用性评价的正确性,进一步导致分布式协同软件系统的低可用性问题.为了准确地确定可用和无用的程度,提出了基于物元分析的协同软件可用性评估算法,分析了面向协同软件的可用性评估指标,将指标作为待评物元,用特征分析法计算各级指标的权重系数,减少人为因素的干扰.利用物元分析方法对协同软件的可用性进行量化评估,通过对比实验证明了方法的有效性,给出了评价的依据.
