单级轴流压气机数值仿真研究

             

摘要

压气机作为发动机推进系统的关键部件,部件的性能对发动机多项性能指标有决定性的影响.为了提高发动机的稳定性,需要对压气机数值模型进行研究.采用计算流体力学方法,空间离散格式采用二阶精度的高精度数值格式来求解雷诺平均的N-S方程.通过数值仿真数据和公布的通用压气机实验数据对比,在压气机数值计算中得到与实验一致的结果,并分析了湍流模型和动静叶交接面对压气机总性能数值计算的影响.结果表明,选择适当的模型可以使数值仿真更接近实验结果,对工程应用有一定的指导作用.%The compressor is the key part of propulsion system, which effects performance indexes decisively. It needs to investigate compressor model in order to get the results that are in accordance with experiment results. It have been simulated using the Navier-Stokes(N-S) equations which employ method of Compution Fluid Dynamics (CFD) with second order precision. Comparing the numerical simulation results of single-stage compressor with the experiment results of single-stage compressorm, it has been analyzed that how the turbulence model and the type of interface of rotor and stator influence the simulation results. The results state that suited model can make the simulation results close to the experiment results. It is useful for engineer.
