纸机系统预测函数控制方法的仿真研究

         

摘要

Considering the features of the paper machines in papermaking process, such as large time delay, big inertia and multivariable, predictive functional control algorithm for multivariable systems is proposed, the obtained algorithm combining Smith prediction can overcome the delay influence on stability and performance index effectively. An analytical control solution can be derived by using single basis function(step function) , and all the controller coefficients can be calculated off - line. Therefore, the obtained algorithm is simple and less calculation. The simulation results show that the control system with fast tracking, good stable and performance at anti - jamming can realize effective control for complex multivariable systems.%针对造纸过程中的纸机系统具有大时滞、大惯性、多变量等特性,提出了多变量系统的预测函数控制方法,该方法结合Simth预估控制思想,有效地克服了滞后对控制系统稳定性及性能指标的影响.文中采用单基函数(阶跃函数)得到控制量的解析解,其中控制器参数均可离线计算,因此在线算法简单、计算量小.仿真结果表明,该控制方法使系统具有快速的跟踪性、良好的稳定性和抗干扰性等特点,能够实现复杂多变量系统的有效控制.
