研究雾天船舶通航的最优限速问题.在雾天的时候,船舶通航面临着水流速度、驾驶员视距、驾驶员经验、以及船舶制动效果等因素的影响.上述问题具有很强的突发性和非线性.使得传统的船舶疏导模型受到非线性的影响无法获得最优解.导致雾天船舶调度的效率不高.为此,提出一种雾天船舶通航最优限速模型,以船舶突然进入雾区采取制动后的船舶运动状态为研究对象,构建了雾情限速模型,得出不同能见度下船舶间的安全距离和控制的安全速度.实验表明,优化后的模型提高雾天里三峡航道通行能力起到较好的作用,提高了通航能力.%Research accurate limiting - velocity of ship navigation. Ship navigation is complex and effected by many factors. This paper put forward an optimal speed limit model. The ship motion state was taken as the research object. The speed limit model in the fog was constructed, and the ships safety distance and safety speed were obtained in different visibility. The experiment results show that the improved algorithm can improve the accuracy of ship navigation.
