某重型卡车离合器压盘温度场分布研究

     

摘要

研究某重型卡车Φ430离合器压盘的温度场分布问题.在温度场影响下,重型卡车离合器压盘在使用过程中常常出现热烧蚀、热开裂等问题,会大大降低了离合器总成的使用寿命.为解决上述问题,通过Pro/E软件建立了压盘的三维模型,并建立了离合器接合过程中压盘的热传导物理模型,然后使用Hypermesh软件建立款压盘的有限元模型,最后通过使用ABAQUS软件仿真计算,得到了压盘温度场分布情况,为改进设计提供了参考,同时为今后设计离合器总成延长使用寿命提供了一定的理论参考.%The paper deals with temperature distribution of a heavy - duty truck's clutch pressure - plates though the finite element method. Because of the temperature field, some problems will appear, such as thermal ablation and hot cracking; those problems will greatly reduce the clutch assembly service life. This article established the pressure plate 3-D model through the Pro/E software, established the heat conduction physical model of the working clutch and the finite element model by using Hypermesh, and finally obtained the pressure plate's temperature field distribution by using the ABAQUS software, which can be a reference for continue improvement and give some theoretical reference for future design improvement and prolong the clutch assembly service life.
