优化算法在磁悬浮控制器设计中的应用

     

摘要

通过对磁悬浮系统模型进行分析,发现磁悬浮系统是一非线性不稳定系统.传统控制器设计方法的超前校正控制器不能满足系统的改进性能指标要求,在性能上存在较大误差.针对上述不足,提出对传统超前校正控制器进行优化设计.综合设计要求,性能指标,约束条件等各方面因素,应用惩罚函数法将约束优化问题转化为无约束优化问题,得到一个最优设计方案.修正后的系统指标能很好地与设计要求匹配.仿真结果显示,改进方法设计出的系统比使用传统设计方法更好地满足了工程性能指标的要求.%Through the analysis of magnetic suspension system model, it was found that maglev system is a nonlinear unstable system. Although traditional controller design method can complete the design of stability, it can not satisfy the system performance requirements, and there are great errors in performance. According to these shortages, it is necessary to further mtxiify the anticipatory controller. Taking all factors of design requirements, performance index and constraint condition, optimization theory and methods were applicated and an optimal design was obtained. Revised system index can well match with the design requirements. Simulation results show that the system designed with this methods meets the engineering requirements much better.
