研究提高金属囊式抛撒过程的仿真精度,针对目前仿真中没有反应出囊体厚度对子弹抛速的影响规律,导致仿真结果准确度低,提出将金属囊体看作弹塑性体对囊式抛撒进行数值仿真的方法,对金属囊式抛撒过程进行了仿真,得到了金属囊式抛撒子弹时的子弹运动参数和囊体厚度对子弹速度的影响规律.仿真结果表明,采用金属囊式抛撒时,在一定的范围内适当增大囊体的厚度有助于提高子弹的速度,子弹抛速仿真与试验值基本一致,分析结果可作为金属囊式抛撒机构的设计参考.%To research the mechanism of metal capsule dispersing and the movement of the bullet and to avoid the shortage of low accuracy because the simulation of the law of the capsule thickness doesn't reflect the speed of a bullet throwing, the author proposed a method considering the capsule material properties. From the process of dispersing the metal capsule, the author obtained the bullet's motion parameters and the influence of law of capsule thickness on the velocity of the bullet when a metal capsule disperses bullets. Simulation results indicate that during the metal capsule dispersing, appropriately increasing the thickness of capsule in a certain range helps to improve she speed of bullets. The initial velocity of bucket scattering of numerical simulation is elementarily in accord with experimental value , and the results of computer analysis can be used as the design reference of metal capsule dispersal mechanism.
