云重心评判法在目标毁伤效果评估中的应用

摘要

A Battle damage assessment (BDA) method based on barycenter evaluation method was proposed according to the characteristics of BDA and the basic theory of barycenter evaluation method. The methods of establishing evaluation index system and the classification of damage levels were analyzed, based on which the evaluation index system of air base was established. Air base damage level was achieved using weighted deflection degree to demonstrate the deflection degree between battle damage and its perfect state. The correctness and validity of the proposed method were verified by air base damage evaluation example, which provides an efficient way for BDA.%在战争模式的研究中,对目标毁伤的数量和效果的优化评估问题,近来,各种目标毁伤的程度以及毁伤模式有了很大变化,这给目标毁伤效果评估带来了困难.根据目标毁伤效果评估的特点,结合云重心评判法原理,提出了基于云重心评判法的目标毁伤效果评估方法.在分析了目标毁伤评估指标体系的建立和毁伤等级划分方法的基础上,建立了空军基地毁伤效果评估功能指标体系,利用加权偏离度来衡量毁伤效果与理想状态的偏离程度,得到了目标毁伤等级.空军基地毁伤效果评估实例表明该方法是正确和有效的,为目标毁伤效果评估提供了一种有效的方法.
